Community management

Our department of community management is in charge of managing all the aspects comprised in the life of a property community. Our goal is to bring solutions to any eventuality that could arise in the community’s day to day. Brisasol is leader and a referent within the Property Management sector.
We constitute and manage community states in horizontal property regime, industrial parks, urban estates and preservation urban entities.

  • Administrative management

    • Constitution and writting of the community statutes
    • Owners’ assembly calls and attendance. Writing and posting of the agreements approved by the property owners. Execution of the agreements approved by the Assembly
    • Document custody
    • Ensure that the owners fulfil their obligations and give the necessary warnings
    • Propose the best insurance for the community
    • Management of the accident procedures
    • Inscription in the Data Protection Register
    • Management and representation before the official authorities
    • Request of proposal to different industrials and presentation of the same to the President of the Government of the Community
    • Maintenance of the building and assessment regarding subventions
    • Adopting the neccesary measures for urgent reapirs
    • Repair follow up and revision

    • Elaboration of the state of personalized accounts
    • Creation of annual budgets and accounts
    • Collection of invoice payments and bank remittance
    • Control of the slowness of payment
    • Payment to suppliers
